Our Technique: At Pure Barre, our technique is focused on small isometric movements designed to benefit clients at every fitness level. Our low impact, high intensity approach protects your joints to reduce injury while providing an effective and efficient total body workout in 45-50 minutes.

Our Classes: Taught by our highly-trained instructors, Pure Barre offers 3 class formats that deliver an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements. Start with our Foundations Intro Class as an introduction to the technique.

Classic Class: Our original barre class and the foundation of our proprietary technique. Our 50 minute Classic class guides you through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements, designed to strengthen and tone your body.

Empower: Our 45 minute Empower class blends Pure Barre Classic with cardio-centric and dynamic movements using ankle weights and a small plyometric step to elevate your heart rate and improve cardiorespiratory fitness.

Reform: Our 50 minute Reform class marries our Classic technique with strength, coordination and balance movements using resistance bands, sliders and the barre.
