Many businesses need a nice place to gather and communicate as a team or with clients and suppliers. As a member of the Springboro Chamber of Commerce, the ability to reserve two conference rooms of different sizes provides modern accommodations for your gathering needs. The reservation process is easy. The Chamber is using the online portal Skedda.

LARGE CONFERNCE ROOM

  • Accommodations for up to 30 guests
  • Tables and chairs that are all on wheels and can easily fold up to make more room
  • An 85″ monitor with HDMI hookup
  • Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests
  • Filtered water & coffee are included, and bottled water & soda are available for purchase

SMALL CONFERNCE ROOM

  • Accommodations for up to 6 guests
  • A 65″ monitor with HDMI hookup
  • Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests

RESERVE A ROOM

You will be redirected to the conference room availability calendar to choose a date, time, and large or small conference room.

CONSIDERATIONS WHEN BOOKING

  • When reserving times, please include time for setup and cleanup when booking to reduce overlap between reservations.
  • For a reservation to be accepted, our rental agreement must be signed on file and updated yearly.
  • A badge must be checked out through our Office Administrator for access outside business hours. Badge pickup time is 9 am – 3 pm, M-F.
  • All guests ENTER and EXIT through the SIDE ENTRANCE, always labeled Member Entrance.
  • Clean-Up Process and Procedure are posted by the back door by the key drop box. Failure to follow procedures will result in a $25 fee.
  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you will not need the room by emailing chamber@springboroohio.org.
