Empowered Community Services are excited to celebrate the ground breaking of their second location, Empowered Community Services of Springboro at 42 South Richards Run Road! Empowered provides community-based employment and transportation services to adults with intellectual and or developmental disabilities. The Springboro center is 4,862 square feet with 5 separate small group spaces including an arts and crafts studio and library.
