Empowered Community Services recently hosted an Open House Celebration to announce their new Springboro center is now offering services to our area. Springboro Mayor John Agenbroad, City Council Members Stephen Harding and Janie Ridd joined Empowered owner Joseph Kowalski and staff for the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new location. Empowered is a community based day and employment provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Empowered also offers non-medical transportation services for their clients.
